FF14 - UDP Ok

FF 14 08 00 74 65 6E 62 - ....tenb
UDP Ok is sent after the client server "udp exchange". This let's
the server know that the client can indeed receive UDP packets
and will be able to join games. This is not needed (or useful)
for Diablo as it runs over TCP and does not use UDP in a
peer to peer connection.
